Night guitar play by Leica 50mm f2 summicron Cam I

Another image taken at night. The colour stands out as it is from this classic lens. The manual focusing can be tricky at times but when it is done right, it is a memorable image.

Good shot with lots of atmosphere. I rarely use manual focus but I am getting to think I need to try as my 250mm lens often gets tricked when I am doing bird shots at a distance.

I've always wanted to try shooting concerts. Got any insight as to what I should be doing?

Something like:

Step 1: Go to concert.

Mike, manual focus can be a blessing in extreme dim lit situation where autofocus simply fails. Still, images can come along nicely

Dan, -ve compensation by 2 stops is essential. After that, the key is to better under expose than over expose.
