Voigtlander Nokton 58mm is always a lens that I like to use to blur things. It blurs everything in a very gentle manner. The low contrast helps me to accentuate the colour later on when I want to in photoshop.
Hard to manual focus with this lens though

It gives an absolutely splendid effect.
Thanks, brattcat!
Bokeh is my favorite subject
I have a 50mm lens but its an old nikon lens. It doesn't have auto focus. And I regret when it arrived from ebay. Very hard to focus without the auto focus. I love this photo.

It is the beauty of manual focusing that makes photography fun
I love it. Another world on its own!
wow, what you've said makes me want to explore more about the manual focus. Thanks!
A great bokeh.
Voigtlander's lens is always so attractive...
this is a nice bokeh!
Pretty! I don't really play much with my manual focus, I always put it on auto mode. I still manage to have decent shots. hehe
I like this shot. I always use auto focus, but I think this is just for convenience!
Then again I am a mere amateur!
excellent dof
Thank you all for your kind comments. This is just simple practice :)
That's a beautiful shot! A very nice contrast between the blossoms and your background. :o)
